1. The service and its provider
ScalperScalper is provided by Giuseppe Lo Forte, contact info@scalperscalper.com. These terms govern the website, the web app at scalperscalper.com/app and the mobile apps for iOS and Android. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
2. What ScalperScalper does
The app helps you discover new TCG listings and restocks, filter products, save items and configure notifications. It is not a retailer, marketplace, broker or automated purchasing service. Coverage is limited to supported sources and may change. We do not guarantee complete coverage, accurate or current prices, stock, notification timing, availability or successful purchases. Verify all details with the retailer.
3. Your account and use
You must be an adult with legal capacity to use the service. Provide accurate account information, keep access secure and notify us of suspected misuse. Do not use the service unlawfully, bypass access controls, interfere with its operation, harvest personal data or use abusive automation. You remain responsible for your own decisions and dealings with stores.
4. Retailers and intellectual property
Purchases take place with third-party retailers under their own terms, prices, delivery, return and privacy policies. We do not process those purchases or guarantee their performance. Product names, trademarks and images belong to their respective owners; their presence does not imply endorsement or partnership. ScalperScalper branding and software may not be copied or exploited beyond permitted use or rights granted by law.
5. Subscriptions, prices and withdrawal
The Free plan includes five notifications in total for the lifetime of the account and one alert; it does not renew. Scalper removes both limits and is a single entitlement on your account, so a subscription bought on any platform applies to all of them. Scalper is offered monthly or yearly and renews automatically at the price shown at purchase until you cancel, at least 24 hours before the period ends. On iPhone and Android the seller is Apple or Google, their terms and refund process apply, and you cancel and request refunds through your store account. On this website the seller is Giuseppe Lo Forte, payment is handled by Stripe through RevenueCat, and you cancel from the link in your purchase confirmation email. Scalper costs 6.99 monthly and 69.99 yearly on every channel. Prices differ by country, are shown before payment and include applicable taxes where required; we announce increases in advance and you may cancel before they take effect. Consumers in the European Union have fourteen days to withdraw from a purchase made on this website. By subscribing you ask us to start the service immediately; if you then withdraw within those fourteen days you owe a proportionate amount for the period already provided. Purchases made through Apple or Google follow that store's own refund rules instead.
6. Availability, changes and termination
We may maintain, change or discontinue features and suspend access for misuse or security reasons. Where appropriate, we provide notice and an opportunity to resolve issues. You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account yourself from the settings of either app, which removes your data immediately and permanently. Deleting the account does not cancel an active subscription: cancel that first where you bought it. Material changes to these terms will be communicated where required.
7. Responsibility and your legal rights
To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for missed deals, stock changes, third-party conduct or indirect loss caused by interruptions or delayed notifications. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or other mandatory protections. No provision removes mandatory consumer rights or remedies.
8. Applicable law and contact
Italian law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of habitual residence. Consumers may bring claims in courts available under applicable consumer law; these terms do not impose an exclusive foreign forum. Contact info@scalperscalper.com to raise a concern or request help.
